All our programs are fully narrated, and to enhance your experience, we have embedded videos, images, and original soundbites in eac of the tours. There is nothing to download and no special equipment; you only need your phone and a pair of headphones to listen to the story and immerse yourself in the experience.
Q. Do you offer only self-guided tours or are there other tour options available?
All the tours available for booking on our platform are self-guided. If you prefer a guided tour with one of our professional tour guides, we can arrange it, but please note that it usually takes a couple of days to plan it based on the tour guide's availability. We require a minimum of 10 guests for all guided tours. The prices start at $50 per guest for walking tours and $80 per guest for vehicle-operated tours—prices per guest decrease for larger groups. The experience comprises a map showing the itinerary along with points of interest, each featuring its own narration. To enrich your experience, we have included videos, images, and original sound clips.
Q. Do we need to download anything?
No, we will send you a link to access the experience page after you purchase your admission. You can use any phone to enjoy the tour; no downloads, apps, or special requirements are needed.
Q. When do I need to start the tour?
Anytime that works for you. After you start the tour, you have 24 hours of access to the experience. Otherwise, you have six months before your admission expires.
Q. What is the cancelation policy?
Fully refundable 24 from the purchase date/time if the tour has not been started. Otherwise, the purchase is non-refundable.
Q. What do I need to enjoy the tour?
You will need your phone and headphones to immerse yourself in the story.
Q. How long does it take to do a tour?
It depends on you; each tour page has a suggested duration, but it could be different for each person. You can enjoy the program at your own pace and take as many breaks as you like.
Q. Are all the experiences walking tours?
No, some require a vehicle; this is clearly stated on each tour page with either " Self-Guided / Walking" or " Self-Guided / Driving." Once you access the experience page, you will have clear instructions on how to reach each point of interest that is part of the tour's program.
Q. Where do I go to start the tour?
It depends on the tour. Each tour starts at a different location, indicated on the respective tour page under "Start Point." After you book the tour, we will send you an email with all the information necessary to enjoy the experience, including where to go to start the tour.
Q. Where do I go to redeem my ticket?
There is no ticket redemption; the process is really simple. After you purchase the tour, we will send you an email with all the information you need to enjoy it, including a link to the experience page. That's it!
Q. How many tickets do I need to purchase?
Each participant needs their own ticket. If you buy a single ticket, you can't share it. If you purchase multiple tickets, your confirmation email will contain a link that can be shared with other participants, up to the number of admissions bought.
